Fair question. If you have never been to Spiffy’s, Tuscaloosa’s only full-service car wash, then you might be curious. And, we are happy to provide you with a little insight.
When you pull your car, truck, SUV or van onto Spiffy’s property you will drive straight into our wash queue. Unless you are looking for an oil change, in which case you will pull directly up to our service bay. From there, you will turn your keys and care over to one of our friendly team members. Spiffy’s staff will take good care of your car while you use free WiFi inside of our air conditioned waiting area, enjoy a beautiful Tuscaloosa day in our courtyard or walk to one of several nearby restaurants.
While you relax, Spiffy’s staff will be working hard to get your vehicle looking it’s best. Depending on the level of service requested, and the numbers of customers in the queue, we should be able to have your keys back in your hands in 30-45 minutes. You can use the time to relax, catch up on email or social media, watch TV or grab a bite to eat. We know that you are busy. So, we will be working quickly and carefully to make sure that we do the best job possible while getting you back to your day ASAP.
Once your vehicle is finished up one of our team members will come to you with your keys and relay any information about your car that you might want or need as they escort you to our friendly cashiers for an express checkout. And, don’t forget to scan your Spiffy’s rewards card on checkout! Those points add up fast and you’ll be redeeming rewards in no time!
